Karen Barnes is the person
who runs our office and keeps the appointment schedule. She is also a former
patient who knows our eating plan inside and out! She is available to answer
your questions and, having learned the plan (and still practicing it), and
having lost weight by following our plan, she can often be of great help with
tips that make it easier for you and can help you be sure you understand how to
calculate the calories.
